1. Return Eligibility

Customers may return a watch within 10 days of receiving it, provided that:

• The watch is unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.
• All packaging, authenticity certificates, and warranty papers are included.
• The security seals and protective films are untouched.

Any watches that have been resized, modified, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after the returned watch has been inspected. Please note:

• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

3. Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another watch, you can do so within the return period. Any price differences must be settled before the exchange is finalized.
